1️⃣ 線上初步檢修判斷
　　提供故障狀況描述及現況照片或錄影上傳並填妥線上諮詢，老麥會初步評估是否需要修或是可以直接線上解決(諮詢不收費），但線上諮詢不會直接提供報價請見諒。
2️⃣ 收件方式（二選一）推薦7-11店到店寄送
　　🚚 7-11 免運寄送：確認可維修後，將相機妥善包裝好後就近至 7-11寄送(免運費)ibon 機台詳見說明
　　🏠 光華商場現場收件：親自送修由現場人員收件
3️⃣ 完成預約
　　確認客戶物品確實為故障時，網站系統會依照客戶所填送修方式發送通知。

如有確定需要修理的物品，皆會先預收 $500元 檢修事物處理費用，如報價後要修理可全額扣抵維修費用。 檢修事物處理費的緣由

Please be sure to fill in the return address. In the past, many customers have been unable to come in person or have forgotten to pick up their item, so leaving an address allows us to ship it back to you (no additional shipping fee will be charged).

Once the items to be consulted has been reviewed and confirmed by MYDC, the repair can be sent in through the following methods

After the repair is completed, we recommend having it shipped back to you via free home delivery. If you prefer to pick it up in person, it will need to be sent back to the store (this will take longer, so home delivery is recommended). All repaired items come with a 3-month warranty.
